I haven’t really given it much thought until now. I’m looking at Ottawa for it’s peacefulness and Calgary for affordable housing. I’ll visit different cities in Canada once I’m there then make up my mind about which one I like best.

You know I've heard Brampton is a nice place.

I don't know why people think Brampton (in the GTA), Surrey (in metro Vancouver) or North East Calgary are so bad. I've actually lived in all 3 and there's nothing too wrong with them. Currently I'm in Surrey and it's good outside of a few crackheads in newton.
