My NOC code is 1113 which has no chance of PNP. My score is 481 which was easy for FSW just a year ago. If there is no FSW my chances are almost none.

It was mentioned during the budget announcement that the FSW stream would be revamped, along with IRCC's GCMC (?) system. So unless those changes see the light of day, it is unlikely that FSW will return w/o warning.

He is specifically talking about FSW draws not happening on which he is right, Canada can do whatever they want and we cannot do anything about it but what's shitty is there is no communication from IRCC about this and if people knew that FSW draws won't happen, then they will not waste money on IELTS and ECA.
