How can we know our VO in a case where one has not ordered GCMS notes... Is there any way of finding out??

Considering your background is in progress, you should be getting your PPR very soon!!!

You can try calling the call center to see where your case is currently being processed.

I had AOR in November...I have submitted 4 PCCs for me, same number of PCCs for spouse and experience certificates from as many countries... does that mean that my case will be referred to local VO in these countries so that they verify my work experiences and PCCs?

VO seems to be South Africa. It was quite quick but I'm happy. Sent my passports in today with all the photos and stuff.

The guys who have got their PPRs / Others who might have an idea about this:

How many days it took to get PPR from the time your BG check was started?

Asking this just to get an idea of average processing time on basis of BG check. I know CIC isn't that predictable but still having an idea won't hurt ..

1 day to 2 months. Generally for Outland bg in progress status change means app is approved and file is ready for Visa. Why they take 1 day or 2 months to send PPR email after this we are not currently sure about.

I am an FSW outland from India. My BG check is inProgress for more than 1.5 months now; but no PPR yet.

TimeLines:

FSW outland (India)
EE Profile : 7 Feb
ITA : 17 July
eApp Sub : 26 Aug
AOR Rcvd : 26 Aug
Med pass : no idea
RPRF : 25 Sept
BG : 1st or 2nd week of December. Dont know exact date, but definitely changed between 30th Nov and 16th Dec 2015.
