My Bg Check changed to 'In Progress' TODAY and I just received a letter in my CIC account asking me to submit copies of my passport along with my family to London Visa Office. I am a British Citizen living in London, I guess that's why am submitting in London.

Is this what I am thinking???

I think it's PPR... why else would they ask for passport copies (from a visa-exempt country) if not to issue COPR?
Hey nads1, can you share with us the exact wording of the message you got on CIC? of course delete any identifiers.
Does it mention at all "your visa is ready" or "confirmation of Permanent Residence"?

PPR does come to MyCIC as well, I got it there.

There is a letter in MYCIC and a notification by email. It is definitely PPR as the letter states that I need to send pictures and copies of passports. It also mention Confirmation of Permanent Residency. ;D
