I got it today, i think same letter would have been delivered to all FSW applicants pre 2008 whether they or in some pilot program or not, because this action has no concern with current status of any applicant, It belongs to status on Feb 2008. so mine letter is also same. You remember when we applied to Nova Scotia after provincial nomination we paid new fees as they said that old fees will be returned on closing of old applications, so fill the form and send urgently through email as i have done today.

God forbidden............previous backlog resulted in return of many cases, we were lucky by the grace of Allah Kareem, hope for good , no doubt wait is very difficult for us, you know i am a 2006 applicant. When i think, i come to know that i have wasted a lot of time in checking emails hoping that cic mail would haveen received , dozens of times daily, read the immigration forums a lot of time, today i am deciding that in future i will check email only once a day
