It says in this URL that you may ask your relative to apply it for you. If you are not in the country, you should call to check with them first. No point paying air tickets to fly in just to get it while you can get help from someone residing there.

Got 'Decision Made' today....
Hello Bhai,
My FSW status has updates the second line that they started processing my application on May 21, 2015. I am a 2014 September applicant. Now I would like to request one query from you;
Just to let you know that we are leaving for USA on July 3 and I haven't received any medical request from CIC yet. Also, I just checked the CIC medical cost in US and I found out that in US it needs around 40000 Tk for each person medical, where in Bangladesh it's only 4800 Tk. I talked to the clinic authorized by CIC in Dhaka and they said I can do upfront medical. I am thinking the huge difference between two countries medical expenses. Would it be okay if we do our medical in Bangladesh prior contacting from CIC? will it be acceptable by CIC? Thank you for your help.

Did they ask you to send another reference letter or payslip or what? Thanks.

They said they are not convinced that my work experience is authentic and requested my explanation letter.

Did you send your explanation letter? If they are not convinced, they may visit your office. By the way, did you get second line?

There are many applicants who had selected SGVO as their their original VO. However due to heavy workload SGVO transferred some files to MANILA VO. Applicants whose files were transferred to MANILA VO lets connect here and share our timelines, views and thoughts. let's see what is the current Status of the MANILA VO.
Lets work together in making our Dreams come true.

Note: I would like to suggest those who are waiting for long time to raise a CSE regarding his/her current Visa Office. In my case I found my VO transferred to MANILA from SGVO after raising the CSE. As different visa office works differently, I think this will be very helpful if you know in advance which visa office is processing your file.

Hi Vannghia184. Do you have idea if Embassy of Vietnam in Singapore have this service? Tried calling them yesterday but no one was answering.
I am preparing since i think i would require this PCC. i have worked in HCM for some time long ago.
From other forums, what they required is called Judicial Certificate #2 (Phieu Ly lich Tu Phap số 2).
Do you know how can I able to get it?
Thanks.
