I got [size=10pt]'Ready for visa' email yesterday. They have requested for me and my husbands passport. Now I can send my passport to Ottawa but my husband is in India. In the email they said to send it together. Courier people said they don't send passports from India to any other country. I am confused what to do.
People please suggest what is the right thing to do.

It seems it's not advisable to send Passport thru courier!!!
Yes sir Johny, but I am stuck at FBI PCC...I didn'd do my homework...I should have applied it as soon as I sent the application to CIC in August.
My all other process's were smooth...and I am in USA now and my visa here ends in May. Not sure if I can get the FBI PCC before that.
If not it's more complex as I need to send address change to FBI, send it to a friend and all that...
On a diff note looks like CIC is updating their site every week???
Now there is a change in CIC website. Some time back they said they would also accept FBI clearance from approved channelers.
Now the site says they won't accept - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/north-america/united-states.asp

how about going to the states border and explain the delay to get fbi pcc to the border force.
my friend trinity who is a canadian citizen applying for her hus in states did that way. they do instant background and criminality check at the border. just do some reserch on that
