Sad to hear that bro.. May we know your timeline? Have CIC charged you already then returned your package? Hope you can reapply asap, since you got all your docs back. Just take note of the recent updated forms to fill up again.

They told me that they have sent my documents back and since I was not living in the same address the application went back to them and they asked me to send me the new mailing address which is ok.
They also gave me a UCI number also.
Now here is the confusing part.
They is a update in the same mail that " when an updated address is received, all of your application forms and documents will be returned to you with instructions for completing your application."
Can anyone tell me what should I do ????????????????????
Your application seems to be incomplete and they want to return back , so that u can complete the application

Is your CC/DD charged, if so you would get NER if the application is rejected before sending the package. Even before CC/DD charge if your application is returned means there is some missing documents or your forms are incomplete in some sense, hence they send it back to you for refilling it and sending again. You will be clear all about this once you receive the package and a letter of reason for return in it. You could also try sending the mail to CIC help desk for asking about the information as you have got UCI number.
Wish you all the best for resubmit but dude you have to do all this before 31st December.
Returned does not mean rejected.
If they reject your application it means that you will not be able to apply for 5 years to fsw and other programs.
But if it states "we have returned your application because... " it means there was something missing or incomplete or irrelevant you can correct it and resubmit your application again.
