Hi,

My appln reached on Aug 27(2171). Since then, I have not recvd any communication from CIC. What happens post this?
Do they send a file number & if everything is fine, DD charged & then the PER email. Or, the 1st communication from CIC to qualified applicants is the PER email.

As I have not heard anything for 3 mths, should I assume & wait for my package to be returned.

Mine is dd too ... 1st august applicant ... Still no news .

Have you tried with you bank to check if the dd was enchached.
Bear in mind that my dd was from Canadian bank, if your was from international bank most probably they will need more time to clear the dd.
Go and check at your bank.

Dear Friends,
My CC Got Charged under NOC 2133 On - 18th November - Exactly after 90 days.
Application Received Date at CIC - 18th Aug.

I have few queries.

1. If CC is got charged means that eligibility criteria are met and probability for rejection will be lesser ? e.g medically unfit etc..
2. Is there any cases (May , June , July Applicants) where CC is charged and file is returned. If yes then what are those possible reasons.
3. What would be the next steps ? After 7 days File no. , & FER + 16 days Medical Request + 13 days Passport Request.
4. What is PER ?

Last 7 working days no CC/DD charged for NOC 2173 ... Do anybody see any pattern with regards to NOCs charged? Like few NOCs charged some week and no news for another week and then again it starts ... looks like last round of 2173 CC/DD payment should start next week (Hopefully ) otherwise game OVER :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

Till yesterday DD Encashed date was 27th july.. today i read 2 ppl one of 13th aug. And other of 20th aug.. got their DD encahsed... dont knw how cic is planning their work..

Where here I see some of mid august dd hs been encashed!
I dnt wanna loose hope n surely wanna think I'm gonna get the mail soon but when ?? I dnt know

If no news from CIC as at Nov.20, 2014, this shows your application wasn't successful
and you must have received your returned application by now. You should reapply,
if NOC is not capped or start preparing for Express Entry, Jan 2015.
CC Charging and DD encashment are over. PER issuances closed.

June Applicants
June applications are closed. Files have been transferred to the respective VOs

Few applicants are still in the game.
CC Charging almost completed and few DD encashment still outstanding. PER issuance is on-going but almost over.

August Applicants
August applications are under consideration at the moment.
If no news from CIC as at Nov.20, 2014, this shows your application wasn't successful
and you must have received your returned application by now. You should reapply,
if NOC is not capped or start preparing for Express Entry, Jan 2015.
CC Charging almost over and a lot of DD encashment still outstanding. PER-Issuance started but very low.

September Applicants
Currently,applications are in the active stage
If application is unsuccessful as at Nov., 20 2014, your returned application is on the way from CIC and be ready to reapply,
if NOC is not capped or start preparing for Express Entry, Jan 2015.
CC Charging started 20/11/14, DD encashment outstanding. PER-No issuance for now.

October Applicants
Completeness check is currently going on now and this takes about 3-4 weeks in which charging starts after the completeness checks.
No cases of CC charging, DD encashment and PER for now.
Fee deduction likely start date could be 18/12/2014 or 22/12/2014 believing the weather condition is fairly good.

Note: Please check your spam/junk mail, the vital email (PER) from CIC might be there.

anyone who already applied for fsw help me.....what do you do with forms that don't apply to you? For example... travel forms..if you have never travelled out of your country what do you do with that form? If you're not using any representative what do u do with the form? Etc for dependent forms....spouse forms etc? Hope to get a prompt answer from those who have gone tru the process guyz thanks

What i did was not made those forms part of my application.. and mentioned names of all such documents on seperate paper with reasons of why i havnt enclosed it with my application.. in the end put my signature

.. the purpose of this is to tell cic tht i didnt miss to fill those forms but not filled intentionally.
