Apparently, CIC is now charging the hot NOCs 2171 - 2173. Even those some july applicants not in these NOC are pending for charging. So i think will have to wait awhile. The pattern from CIC has suddenly change. I still believe its for the best.

From my understanding in the link you provided is there is a target set for each VO.. But what does it implies..? Since as we can see that for the FSW column overall total they accumulated is 50,000. Whereas the overall total for FSW is only 25,000. Any other explanation on this?

Would u plz explain it a little bit more,cuz I don't see any connections between the table in the link and the FSW processing pace.
Another question is according to the table in the link, the Hong Kong VO has only 250 economic opportunities, but the fact is the number
of this year's FSW applicants chosing HK VO is far more than 250. So I am worring a lot if HKVO had finished their original goal , whether
the other applicants' applications would be denied or postponed.
i will try to sign out for a while, to contemplate, meditate , praise and pray more to God.
