All those who have send their files in august 2014 for FSW and are waiting for PER please join here. We could get updates from each one of us so that we aware of current scenario.
My file was delivered on 07-Aug-2014. No PER recieved yet. :
There is someone in the main thread reported that his friend, 4 August applicant, CC has been charged just one hour ago. Not sure whether this is real .

I saw the post as well.. some say it was just a joke. But i have seen others giving their congratulations.. hmm, i guess they just directly send their congratulations by seeing the statement of successfully charged not keeping in mind the date of August 4th application received.
Its highly unlikely that CIC would start to charge august apps by jumping that much since there are still remaining July that have yet to be charged.

Till now no communication whatsoever.After going through all the comments, there are few things which I would like to ask.
1) Is there any contact number outside canada which we can call to check the status just like few people here did and they got UCI number.
2) Once we get our PER mails.How much further time is required by Visa office to process application further.What all they check here and what all things do we expect from them to provide us.
3) I have been guided as once we get PER email File id will be generated.After that Visa Office will be arranging Medical examination and ask us to obtain Police clearance certificate.
4) After that we have to submit Passport .And it will depends if we have to attain any interview or we will be getting VISa printed.

As per your experience, I also called cic .since I didn't have UCI they asked me details lime my name date of birth. But the agent said there is no data in the system to identify me.seniors please advice if this a negative sign.
I am 6th August applicant and there is no UCI no.for me.

Just an update. I called CIC call centre today again after yesterday attempt which scared me that there is no data about me in the system. But today I got my UCI no., although I can't my status online.
Its a bit of relief. I am 6th August applicant.
For those who want to call from outside canada below is the no. Just note its a good 20-30 minutue call.
However note that the agent won't be able to tell you the status of application.
