On my side till yesterday my cc had not been charged. ...I wonder what excatly is goin on as I have heard anymore either cc/dd charge after cap was reached on 11 feb.
I think CC has charged for January applicant on 13th Feb,2013.
I must say, CIC is not working based on first come first basis. I think, they are selecting some applicant whose work experience is in demand in Canada. They are processing their application on fast track.
Moreover, On CIC website, if you refer processing time, they have mention clearly timeline is for 80% cases only.
The problem my friends that there is a huge difference between the updated no. for the NOC Cap in CIC website and the actuall one.
Which means that the CAP may be has been reached even before our application reached CIC office.
In worst case scenario that CIC was processing Nov, Dec and ealry Jan once our file received. so the one who is 3rd Jan applicant was the last one.

Am sorry for being rude... but females dont help in the call center.. i have had 10-15 calls which got connected to females..never got any help..after a point of time i used to disconnect the call if it was a lady who picked my call..
I am really sorry for posting here late. Actually, I was on a company tour for 2 days. About payment status of my DD! it is yet to be encashed. Very annoying!
