I have applied under NOC 2145, previously applied under chemical engineering but it was returned due to credit card issues...this time i have submitted with bank draft.

Dear i have tried three times but not able to reach to the call center representative. Its very though not an easy option. Very busy....

Another question in my mind is, if our application is complete with all sort of documents as per the checklist, will they clear our DD and send us receipt with UCI number ? OR they will assess our eligibility criteria with documents and if we are eligible then only they will proceed for DD clearance and send us the PR & UCI number.

They initially check for completeness of your application..,,,,,,,,,
If everything falls in place......,, then Present the DD/ charge CC.....,,,
Once encashed/ charged ..,,,,,,, you get your PER with file number & UCI......,

It means DD will clear before eligibility review to get PER. Am i right ? In worst case, if our eligibility review is not successful then they will notify us by email and refund the money.

Hope i am thinking in a right direction.

From this conversation, I must say they did not touch my application at all as i am 100% sure that my application is complied document check list.

Bank is the only option to understand the movement. Jyothi same applied to you as well.

My application received by CIC on 24 Jan NOC 2134 (Chemical Engineer).
What About you??

If you are Nov ,2013 applicant how its come that you did not get any update since the last CC charged on 13 feb for 11 Jan applicant?

Really dont know how CIC works.

My application was recieved on 7 th feb.. I think i will not make it this tym.. Cap was suddenly raised to 300 on 11 th feb.

Just quick question now the 300 applicants within the CAP thats mean all of them got PER.
