I am new here. In my desperate search for answers to my question I stumbled on this forum. Please I need urgent advice on the following issues as time is no longer on my side.....Help Help Help
Firstly, I received an ITA last month. I am an accompanying Spouse. I declared in my application that I am self employed and we all know how businesses are in Nigeria, it's a small scale business and it's not even registered, my fear now is that I will be asked to prove my self employment and having checked thru the requirement for self employment I can never meet up and checking our CRS points Break down, no point was awarded for my work experience, just my education and language. Please what should I do?
Secondly My sister in Canada who filled my application for me chose aunty/uncle for my adaptability and she's my cousin, now we have all documents to prove our relationship which will show she's my cousin but this dose not follow. I'm not sure if any point have been awarded for this cos I can't see it in the Crs point breakdown.
Lastly, proof of fund. My aunty wants to give me the money for proof of fund because she was suppose to sponsor my masters in Canada this year before I got married this year and now the ITa came after the marriage and she's still willing to assist. How do i explain the huge deposit into my account to cic and show that the money is not borrowed and can my account cover for my husband who's the principal applicant?
Seniors please advice me wether my chances are runnied so I can decline my ita or move on. Thanks

Hello everyone, It's been a long time since I visited this forumn and I wanted to stop by and say hello. I noticed from recent tread that AVO have started processing 2014 applications. Am happy about that. I pray that all applicants will be granted their heart desires. My family and I relocated sometime in 2016 and so far God has been faithful and we have settled in. I pray for speedy processing for everyone, IJN, Amen.

My application was initially being processed at LVO but they transferred it to AVO in May 2016 after I updated my application for PCC, PoF, etc as requested by the LVO. Any information from anyone will be appreciated

The application just got transferred to AVO. They would need to complete some internal processes first.

I am sure you will hear from them soon. It could be before May runs out or possibly in June.

Don't worry coz they are eager to 'finalize' and 2014 applications.
