I think background checks does not take that long because all the work is done by CIO Nova Scotia where they issue PER based upon the documents provided with initial application. VO's are responsible to finalise the applications if no further information needed.

Got my third line late this week - "Medical results have been received"
I completed my testing in Canberra on Thursday last week (before the Easter long weekend). So that was fast. Also have paid my RPRF so perhaps I'll here something more soon.

NDVO has recently shifted some of the applications to Colombo Sri Lanka as already to Warsaw. If Sydney is unable to complete files on time, they can follow the same.

Sure. I didn't submit anything. The medical examiners transmitted my results directly to CIC.
