Hi, i am new to this forum and sent my application on 9th May 2014 and it was signed for on 15th May 2014. What is the next step, would i be sent a mail or what?
Can some one please clarify?
Hello onoriking, if your application is complete and accepted by CIC, you will be sent an email tagged PER - positive eligibility review. THat i what we are all waiting for. No timeline on when this would be but keeping following the comments in this forum. When the early birds start receiving their PER, they will inform us here and you will be aware. I will surely inform you when I get mine and we will be looking forward to hearing that you got your PER as well.
Hope to see this subject as the best sharing link
under this forum that will help Nigerians and others
at fulfilling their dreams of becoming a Canadian
citizen.
You are all welcome and just feel free to ask any
question, share your experience and seek for the
needed support.
I am stuck with WES. They sent verification for my wife's certificate to Nursing and Midwifery council since May 5. I have contact the Nursing council they said they have not received the request. What do I do ? The time is flying and the NOCs will soon cap. I need your suggestions or recommendations please.

There is nothing you can do other than to do a serious follow up
with the nursing council.
Alternatively, you can send a new document directly to the nursing
and Midwifery council yourself so that you will be assured that the
evaluation has commenced than the currently situation you are in
now.
Hope all other docs for submission are readily available
including your IELTS pls
Best of luck

Hi, you can print the request form from WES website and send to the Midwifery Council, requesting that they confirm your wife's qualification to WES directly. This may involve a fee like transcript request to universities.

Is it compulsory to fill all the forms or just the ones that concerns me then print them?
For a single guy like me, are these all:
1.doc checklist
2.generic app form
3 background/declaration
4 economic Class
5 supplementary info
6 fee payment.
