Any estimate on time frame BTW PER , AOR & MR?

Hi, this is not fixed but varies from applicant to applicant as our applications are different. The prayer is that it should not exceed one year from PER to MR and PRV as stated by CIO. Let's see how it goes

I have applied for FSW on 07 July 14 and din't get the PER yet, very tensed.

Courier date : 04 July 14
Courier delivery date : 08 July 14
Mode of Payment : DD

Does CIC reply for each and every applicant whether they it is successful or not?
Is the 'Bar Code' mandatory for the application which is manually signed ?
How to inquire the status of the application, i am staying in UAE.

Request to help me and i am very much disheartened. Sad
