It's just speculation but based on the fact that avo has issued MR to someone who got PER in January 2014. So let's keep our fingers crossed in prayers.

Please I need suggestion on how to verify my degree fast and cheap.UNN is asking for 3840+ courier fees to verify my degree despite charging 35k for the transcript. Can they use email to do that? Thanks

In my case, the transcript verification was conducted online between WES and my University. I am surprised you are being charged courier fees for this. Please reconfirm from the officials at the School.
