My friend(also colleague) who is 2014 applicant, has the same experience with update of ECAS lines and some lines was activities from the past like requesting extra documents...All this extra lines come at the same time after 5 month of Medical.....a week later he received PPR.
In my opinion ...they are working in your case and hopefully you will receive new updates very soon.

I raised a lot of CSE without Reply except last one ...they just said that "my case pending to review Criminality/Security and all documents are submitted properly"....
I've done MR October 2014 but I couldn't submit my Police report from my country until 15/02/2015.....from that time no change in GCMS Report which I have 4 of same GCMS.

Yea, our case is similar in terms of time frame only . I was very hopeful yesterday finding more lines in my ECAS. my heart was in my mouth for a while. But now its getting blurred again

They wanted Up to date consult about my son on May 21, 2015. I submitted through Panel Physician on June 6. Yesterday My consultant received mail from India Visa office stating that they haven't received the update gave 30 days time to do the needful.
went to Wahab's clinic in the morning. found all ok. then why India visa office sent the mail?
is it because my consultant did not reply to the mail of May 21 asking for the update?

Need to update them.....send them about your action and medical report. Also attach a copy of your son report/receipt/or whatever you have from Dr.Wahab and assure them that Clinic sent the report.
They may receive(Singapore) but no update on India visa office side......
Also looks like that your visa office is changed to India ?!?!?!?!?!?!?
