The cap has been reached 300... any spreadsheet update ??? Also what would be the time between the Cic site numbers snd sending the email....?? I need to kmow i am in or out (14 august )????
ALHAMDULILLAH, my CC is charged about 15 hours ago, many many thanks to ALMIGHTY ALLAH.
From no where, I am into the race again ;D ;D ;D. Day before yesterday 2132 CAP was filled but Yesterday my CC is charged, WOWWWWW. My application reached on Aug 7th at CIO. Now my finger are crossed for PER. May ALLAH help me to get this too.
Thanks....!! Now that Abu Hassan got his CC charged after CAP update....You can still hav hope for any CC charge shortly....Keep checking your phone and mail...!!

Just to update here, I had already received PER on November 14th, 2013 exactly after 24 hours of my CC charge. All this happen by the Grace of Almighty Allah.
I wish good luck to everyone who are waiting for PER.

if i have a Canadian job offer ? .. what should i do?... my file still at CIC and we are now at CAP condition 300 till 7th Aug.. .i am 14th of August..
Should i wait CIC to send me back my file and send it back again with the job offer...or should i contact CIC directly and send them the offer immediately?
If you will have been selected under current application, you can send required documents regarding arranged employment to Visa Office. Visa office will start considering your application under arranged employment category. If your application doesn't fall within the CAP limit, you will have to prepare a new application to apply in arranged employment category. You can send an enquiry email to CIO regarding the status of your application. Based on their reply, which is expected in 20 working days, you can take a decision.
