I would suggest, better call CIC office and ask about status of your application to break the ice.....

Guys my brother had sent an application for N.O.C 2132 on 25th September which was received on 09-10-2015 unfortunately that application has been returned today as informed by his consultant. The reason being cap met. Sorry guys but this is the truth, the cap for N.O.C 2132 has been met on 8th October. But there is no reason to loose hope, Express Entry is there so no worries told my bro to adhere to Plan B.

Better way is to call them n ask about the status of your application....

I sent my application on Nov 21ish, I got it returned because job description doesn't meet requirements. NOT DUE TO CAPPED.

Hello guys ,
I am a Dec 19th Applicant. My 2132 App was returned due to cap requirements being full. As I mentioned in my previous post, I live relatively close to NS and I got my returned app in 1 week. My App was posted on 2nd March and reached me 9th March.

what confused me is in the return letter it was written that Applications will be accepted from May 1 2014 to April 30 2015. Does it mean we can apply for 2232 ? - Mech Engg technicians ?

There was a post not from this thread That the fsw 25000 cap was reached already. I have not received my applcation back. Noc 2132 dec 1 applicant.still hoping for a miracle.
