Why go for consultant when u get help here to fill ur forms. I also hired consultant but got to know abt this at later stages.
Consultant don't do anything....avoid them and apply for ECA.
I am almost ready to send my application. Let us see if i fall within 300 cap. I am doing it myself. I have all the documents ready and filling the forms. I have few questions regarding filling Schedule 3 Economic classes : question 12 a and 12b.
1. my current job is Scientist/engineer at ISRO. I know I have to write 2132 under NOC in questions 12a. But do i write " mechanical engineer' under occupation or write "Scientist/engineer" under it ?
2. Again do i write mechanical engineer or job title ' scientist/ engineer' under occupation in 12b where i lists all my 10 years experience. ?
According to the guide
For 12a) Identify the primary occupation and corresponding four-digit NOC 2011 code that will be used to assess whether your application meets the minimum program requirements. Choose one occupation from the list you provide in your answer to 12b).
For 12b: Starting with your current occupation, list all of the occupations that you have had in the 10 years preceding the date of your application. For each occupation:
•identify the dates of employment,
•write a description of your occupation,
•include the appropriate NOC 2011 code,
•check the box that corresponds to the number of years of continuous full-time or equivalent in continuous part-time experience, and
•write a description of your main duties.
Dear ! Job tile should be similar to one mentioned in 2132 NOC, Generic description like Engineer, Scientist. Researcher etc, will not be acceptable.
you can request your employer to issue you letter for specific roles you have been into. I hope this will help.

Does that mean that for all the applicants the Titles of the their respective jobs should be out of the titles given by HRDC website under 2132.
and if somebody is performing same duties listed under NOC 2132 but has different titles like Scientist/engineer or Assistant engineer etc , their application will not be accepted .
The United Nations General Assembly has just released its second annual World Happiness Report, measuring happiness and well-being in countries around the world to help guide public policy.
Denmark topped the list of the happiest nations, ousting last year's winner, Iceland. Denmark was followed by Norway, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and Sweden.
The United States ranked 17th, behind Mexico, though that was an improvement from last year's 23rd place finish.
The World Happiness Report ranks countries based on six key factors that contribute to well-being, including GDP per capita, healthy life expectancy, someone to count on, perceived freedom to make life choices, freedom from corruption, and generosity.
And in case you were wondering why any of this maters, it turns out happiness helps people live longer, have more productive lives, earn higher wages, and be better citizens in general, according to the report.
