I submitted my application to nova scotia on 10jan 2013.And i got medical and passport request on 4th of october.I submitted medical and passport on 14 th of october after that i didnt hear anything from them .Passport and medical is submitted to ndvo.noc code 0631

Fellows, today we went through our medical examinations in IOM Karachi.

For me and my spouse, they took chest X-ray and blood samples. They took urine sample of mine, spouse and my elder daughter (10 yrs, younger daughter
who is less than 3yrs, was exempted).

Physical examination (which was detailed, really detailed one) was done for the entire family (2 adults and two kids).

It all got concluded in approx 2 hours...........they said that by Monday they'd up-load the results...

Hi, congrats, BTW were you the one selected the hospital to undergo your medical or it was indicated in the MR instruction the hospital where you should do the medical examination?

It is mentioned in MR that medical examinations can only be done in CIC designated clinics, which can be found on CIC website. When you go to CIC website, there is a list of designated clinics country-wise............like for Pakistan, there is IOM (which has 3 branches one in Karachi, one in Lahore and one in Islamabad) - one can have medicals done in any of the branch of IOM ONLY.

You cannot select the clinic by yourself............must to follow DMP list on CIC website...
