I was on 67 Marks,My application received by them 13 july got PER Oct and MR Nov and Thirdline updated End of dec 2011.After that there was a very long silence from VO in Sep 2012 they informed me my duties are mismatched(NOC 2121 Biologist and rel.) and giving me 30 days to submit add.Docs(Which I did).In December they issued the refusal letter stating a reason from nowhere stating my wife diploma is one year not two year allowing 3 point to adaptability reducing my point to 66 and not giving any chance(but they allocate 21 marks for my job experiance )

Did your doctor tell you that what type of tests they will do on ur blood sample under BLOOD TEST category?

I have elevated Ferretin (iron) levels, god knows how that's going to go ...

Dont worry much and get stressed...all they wanna check is your HIV/Hepatitis B....so kool it.

Ya ABHereICome, I applied again under 2132 in september after my May application was returned. Sadly my September app was returned too due to the cap having filled. Then I applied for 2243 and seems fine till now. Hope all goes fine ahead.

in fact blood samples need 24 hours to get analyzed for HIV or HB or HC.............so by day end tomorrow they would have gotten blood sample reports (which is the longest activity in terms of time). Then on Friday they'll make report and get it up-loaded on system (IOM is e-medical enabled clinic). They told me that AT MAX on Monday, they'd be uploading...

Can you please let me know what type of tests are included in medical examination for BLOOD TEST...


I have a bit high cholesterol and BMI is also around 29. I also have fluctuating sugar levels which sometimes go above normal values but not all the times. I am Not on any medication.

Are blood tests only for fatal diseases like Hepatitis, Aids, etc...? Or do they perform all other tests as well?

Don't worry mate............these are minor conditions that CIC ignores..........CIC asks to have blood samples tested primarily for HIV, Hepatitis B or C....and in chest X-Ray they look for any TB soles.............

Mate i m 5th nov applicnt mine DD hasnt been encashd yet...so dun worry u vl get good news in coming days as DD takes 15 20 days extra compared to cc....
