There is no cap updates yet but it seems that November 1st week applicants are charged. Have they started for November 2nd week?
I cannot help but to worry even its beyond my control. I hope to be in the cap for 2263.
we have to consider our self little fortunate as the process has improved and we are getting response way sooner than the applicants who have filed in year 2010 , 2011 and 2012. I donno the reason for there delay but hope they get there visa's soon.
Most interesting fact is their passports are with embassy for more than 6 Months even after the RPRF fees is en-cashed ... :-\ :-\ :-\

Does the "Medical results received" line come after all other documents are submitted viz. PCC, RPRF adn Passports or its only dependent on the Medical results.
We did our medicals yesterday, but I am yet to receive my PCC as a new passport with name change was issued to me on the basis of my old Passport(maiden name) and a police enquiry was not done at the time. I still need to wait atleast 10 days till I get my PCC from PSK.

In my opinion it is independent of our doc(PP, RPRF, PCC etc) reaching them through courier as medicals is a parallel process and a 3rd party submits those results on our behalf !

I am afraid about this aspect in a big way as for my job not having passport with me for long can create issues at my work place. I have to travel for conferences and meetings and cannot bring too many excuses for missing them Hoping things will come to finish by March/ April worst case

I wouldn't have brought this topic up if my consultant told me this information. I have been told this by someone who has gone to Canada in the FSW category and I consider that chap as a reliable source of information.
The fact that this has not been reported by anyone else is a big relief, however I am a wee bit skeptical about what he told me. What if they ask and what if he is right? are the questions that still lingers in my mind.

but in checklist we don't have any checkpoint like this. Moreover check list is saying " Answer All Questions and sign forms where applicable. Please note that by signing these documents you are certifying that all information is provided there in, whether prepared by you or not, is complete and true in all respects"

I applied on the same date as you did. but still I am awaiting for MR. I am aback on how few applicants got the passport requests so quickly when compared to others. may be the reason being in a Hot NOC.... :-\ :-\ :-\
