In my opinion it is independent of our doc(PP, RPRF, PCC etc) reaching them through courier as medicals is a parallel process and a 3rd party submits those results on our behalf !
No, it is not dependent on other docs. I got my third line in ECAS updated, though I have not sent the rest of the docs still. It totally depends on when the medical center sends the reports to CHC.
Yes, I agree with you. Because even CHC knows that people would be keen to move to Canada in month of April/May as it is summer time over there, and people will slowly get accustomed to the climate if they start from summer.
I did my medicals on 9 th Dec 2013 and my E-cas status updated around 20 th Dec 2013. I send my docs on 26 th and reached NDVO on 27th Dec.
So I don;t think there is any connection between meds and docs..

but in checklist we don't have any checkpoint like this. Moreover check list is saying " Answer All Questions and sign forms where applicable. Please note that by signing these documents you are certifying that all information is provided there in, whether prepared by you or not, is complete and true in all respects"
everybody needs prepare declaration and signed declaration or what?

My Pr application is in process in 0211 category .visa office New Delhi.my application was reached on May 31 cc charged in aug 21.checked my application status today were it has been updated as we have started processing ur file as of dec 19 .can I expect my medical soon.would like to know what they actually do after this.

All the forms which you have to sign have a declaration just above the signature place stating, "I declare that the information I have given is truthful, complete and correct." Other than that there is no sparate declaration needs to be signed and attached.

One more question.I made complete packet to send to cic having passport notarised..and made a short trip out of india ( ~4 days)..but I forgot to take fresh copy of passport to add in packet.
Now as per cic i have made no travel before packet was dispatched.
My question can I send updated travel document and latest passport zerox and correct this slipup...Please help...
For e-Medical service, get ur Medical from Appolo hospital, Ludhiana..... call on the number given on CIC website, they are too helpful....... Med fee is INR 3600 per person
You are guided properly by your consultant. You should send CSE to NDVO informing that you family composition is changed. I am quite sure that NDVO would ask you not to go for medical but send updated forms and supporting documents to add your wife in the application.
If you proactively send updated forms along with spouse documents and finish with your medical, your application will become complicated rather getting easy going.
You wont get the medical reports from the hospital. They will give you the bill/ receipt for the checkup done. That you have to send to NDVO as a proof of medicals done. The medical reports would be sent y the hospital itself to CHC.
