I recommend you to renew your passport if it is not going to delay your application.

Feels like 0211 NOC has gone cold. 2nd week July applicants are receiving MR requests but I am still waiting...but m cool....!! 8) 8) 8) Looks like NDVO is in Christmas frenzy......will have to wait till 2nd Jan for some action....!!
Faizz....
My buddy in the same boat....any progress.....did you receive any updates from your consultant?
Not yet mate.. But my hunch says we will receive it by 2nd week of Jan. Also to note, i added my new born in 2nd week of Nov to application. So that might add to the delay in my case.
I had similar experience but filled in the maximum possible in the available space without attaching extra sheet. I suggest you to fill in the actions rather full sentence in that space such as designed AB system, supervised XY installation etc. They will count on reference letters for job duties & responsibilities.

Regarding PCC, After finishing my study in Germany (6 year before) I have never been there. In this case do I also have to have up to date PCC or old one I which I took 2 years before will be worked. I think 3 months PCC is valid for current country of residence and home country only. Any advice??

It is clearly advised that PCC should be submitted to CIO/Visa Office which are issued less than 3 months ago. Therefore, It will be most probably rejected if you submit your PCC now or later to NDVO. Therefore ordering a new PCC matching to your timelines in NDVO would be a better choice to avoid any delay in processing.
You are right in your claim that you will get exactly similar PCC as you didn't visit USA after October 2012 but your claim would carry proper weight if you would have submitted your first PCC within 3 months of issue date.
@ randyccie, bhassid, Abu...Thank you guys for your suggestions.
I will send the ones I have today and immediately apply for the new ones. Its tedious, but I have to do what I got to do!
The CIC website says, "The certificate must be issued no more than three months before you apply." Technically, my PCC is not more than three months old as I applied CIC in June '13 and got the PCC in July. But just that I have been holding it with me instead of being in the file at CIC or NDVO.
Once your PCC reached NDVO , do send a CIC query on their website informing that you have send the PCC which was delivered on xyz date and also attached a scan copy.
Ask them specifically if you need to re-submit it. You never know you can get a response but do wait for a month to get a reply from them.
In parallel you can apply also .
HTH.
