my spouse has two passports . one is old which is valid till June 2013 but she also got the renewed one which is valid til 2018. but i have submitted only new passport of my spouse along with application at CIO. can i also submit old one at VO or it is ok.or will create any trouble ?

Did you checked RANDYCCIE ecas status "We started processing your application on December 7, 2013."
AND HIRVISH ecas status " We started processing your application on December 6, 2013."
but, still no MR I guess...!

Pakistani nationals cannot have two valid passports at the same time. When a new passport is issued, second page of the previous passport is stamped with a statement " Fresh passport issued in lieu of this passport on xxx date". Irrespective of the expiry date on old passport, it becomes void with this stamp.
As part of the application process in FSWP we were only required to send a copy of the biodata page of current passport, which you have already done.
You should always keep old passports in your record rather join the two passports with a staple. When, hopefully, you receive passport request both passports shall be submitted to VO.
At this point in time there is absolutely no need or requirement to submit the old passport or its copy to VO.
They usually return the application together with a letter via postal mail. No email notification is sent. This postal mail usually takes 1-3 months to reach its destination.
Application processing time is currently around 12 weeks at CIO before you think of rejection or acceptance.
Your NOC ? Date of application receipt at CIO?
You can consider to have your details added in the spreadsheet. Tracking will become a lot easier for you. Just request the admins and they will guide you.

guys i have ised one of my friends Credit card details (with his signatures) on the fee payment form. Do u think it is ok and CIC will accept it?
actually at that time i dont have my own CC bit now i have my own.
