I think you shouldn't worry until you get written information from CIO. I am sure you will make it. There are cases when cc charge or do encash was reasonably late than the normal cases. Even in my case it was 2 weeks late. Good luck buddy.

Also, they have not asked for a new PCC....the one which I had sent with the app was valid till end of Nov'13.

can i make RPRF DD from PNB/SBI....or should i make via some other bank for fast processing?should i make in INR or CAD...if i make it in INR...dont you think if the INR to CAD rate varies on the day of encashment of DD it may create a problem.....
