All of us hapless souls who haven't received MR request until now, ( May & June applicants from Maharashtra, Goa , Tamilnadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka & Kerala)

There is another remote possibility that the files are being moved to the Bangalore based Visa office / High commission which I think will open in Early January. If that is so the case, then we have to twiddle our thumbs till End Jan ?
This is just a wild guess friends to console ourselves.

The only logical explanations I can think why FIFO isn't followed from our filing dates are:
1. The ones who have already been to Canada / USA will get a quick overview and hence the requests for MR's. Those of us who haven't been to USA / Canada need further scrutiny Etc...

OR

2. The officer incharge of our applications has gone on vacation & hence it is getting delayed.

Let's keep our fingers crossed and pray really hard to God to deliver us from this nerve wracking waiting period ASAP.

I am thrilled and happy to find that my Credit card was charged on 4th Dec 2013 at 6.26 pm IST. ;D
Shall be waiting for the PER Mail.
