May be today itself .. Mine ECAS had said same: "2. We started processing your application on December 3, 2013."

We received your application for permanent residence on May 9, 2013.

i don't know what they have done with it.... cant even get through on the phone.

In my case I received Medical, RPRF, NPC and passport request but Ecas status is the same from Day 1....

"We have received your application on Jun 05 2013"

Please update my final status. Received the passport back yesterday. Here are the details:

Visa Issued Date: 11/26/2013
Visa Expiry Date: 12/10/2014

You're very right. In my own VO (Accra VO), we do not receive AOR at all. And in most cases, it remains in 'In process' till the arrival of MR.
Infact, there are cases when it remains as such till PPV is issued and it then changes to new address in Canada.
