I am not getting experience letter from my employer. They are saying it against their policy to give any such letter once the employee leaves the firm. I asked them to reply to my email stating the same but they are not doing that also. What should I do in this case?Any idea?

few applicant has done self recommandation along with recommandation letter (job description, post and duration) form collague with their contact information on company letter head.
but you try to get form company itself its more better other wise use this option

No question is stupid question here as long as it is relevant NOC 2131 is moving slow so if you hurry up I say you can still make it. Do not waste a second and get preparing your file and do not hesitate to post any queries. Have you registered for IELTS?

see current update shows only 34 applicant in 2131 (this may be of 22nd may update) but still I feel till end of october 2131 will not reach CAP
Thanks heaps Vats and ESZC!! So I am not going to waste any time and start the proceedings..ESZB, I am gona register IELTS for Sept 7 test (also planning to avail spouse IELTS points). Meanwhile I can arrange other papers, right? Do I need to approach an agency for doing the process since there is hardly any time left? Also, it would be great if you can provide a link of the procedures if you guys had discussed this before. I am planning to get the transcript this week. Can I get those in my hand from university or they have to send this directly to WES? Thanks!

approaching an agency is not necessary, the process is simple and you can take help of members here
be careful to fill forms and take help of others in that, agency will take lots of money and its not that much helpful as they can help to arrange your docs and fill forms nothing else

Thanks Vats ..I know we should show necessary funds against our name during the visa process ( $13,801 in my case). Do we need to show the amount through out the entire process? Also, I hope the whole process takes around 1 year and that means the funds should remain for this period of time. Is this right?
