Format required for Proof of Funds ??

Is there any specific format in which I have to submit the proof of funds.
If I go to my bank what shall I expect from them as my "proof of funds",
do they have any format of their own ??

There is no specific format, neither you are suppose to produce one, instead contact your bank, and ask for a bank statment, they will furnish a document for you on there official format, same is required.
