Proof of Funds for settlement...Is there any standard format?

Hello Members,

Can you please guide me on the documents and the letter format which we need to create from bank for proof of funds for settlement.

Is there any specific format for the letter which I need to get from bank for submitting along with the application. If so, can you please share/guide me on the same.
Also, what needs to be done if Settlement funds(Assuming for Principal Applicant is 12K CAD) is currently available in multiple bank accounts in the name of the principal Applicant.

Please advise.
