a substantial number of them and the duties mentioned in the lead statement or something like that. you should look at OP6, it explains it better there.
just want to share this... it came from a great guy:
"you don't need to withdraw your old application before applying under the new rule.
you can have 2 applications at the same time, but you have 2 payments pending with them, but you can always withdraw your old application later when they send you an update letter if you are still interested to continue with your old application.
8) Can applicants have both a pre-C-50 FSW application and a C-50 application?
Yes, applicants may have multiple FSW applications. The applicant can choose to either maintain the first application and submit a new C-50 application with a new processing fee; or withdraw the first application and submit a C-50 application. If an applicant chooses to withdraw their pre-C-50 application before processing begins, they will receive a refund.
Missions should inform applicants that they cannot advise whether the original FSW application or the C-50 application will be a faster process. Missions should avoid recommending a particular course of action to applicants."
i agree with Zaidkhalid but someone else recently said they got rejected because their title was not on the list. I am not 100% sure what that person meant.
The good thing about 4121 and 4131 is that they both seem so interchangeable for someone who teaches with a masters at a university level institution. What do others think?
Hi,
I have a Masters in Applied Linguistics TESOL and experience as an English as a Second Language Instructor in a Private language school in the US, and have performed many of the duties under 4131 - do I qualify under this category?
Thank you in advance.
Esther

Thanks for the reply...
