For Foreign Work Experience Paid In Cash what documents to show ?

I am wondering what documents need to be shown for foreign work experience paid in cash. I showed the experience during my study permit application. Now for CEC, I am wondering what documents would be acceptable ? I can get a reference letter, show tax paid documents and get a salary certificate from my employer. The company's letter will have the website and contact email. I am wondering if that will be enough or not ? I can add in a few work email exchanges with the email handle being under the company's domain. What else should I do ?

Yes I did show it in my study permit.
