CEC application with foreign experience but paid in cash (full time and part time)

Looking for some guidance here. Can a student show foreign exp back in India paid in cash both in form of full time and part time ? Part time done for 2 years will be considered as 1 year experience? for Cash jobs, can i submit exp letter from employer and a letter additionally stating that i was paid by them in cash for that period. Is that good enough as back up? If someone has got PR basis this case, a response from them and suitable template would really help us
