When you are applying for your PR card at the airport, do you need to have photographs with you?

Do you also have to pay the PR CARD processing fee online before hand ?

No, they will use the photos you've already submitted as part of your PR application processing. If they are not good enough, CIC will let you know after you land when they are trying to make the card.

The PR card processing fee is included in the Right of Permanent Residence fee. No more fees to be paid.
