I sent a case specific inquiry on 8th April.

Secondly from what you have mentioned on the e-cas decision made link, it seems things are OK & maybe a migration issue.

In one of the links I remember u mentioning that the New Delhi VO usually changes the E-CAS status to IN-Process just before the issuance of Medicals unlike other VO where it is updated as soon as it really goes into process. Now my first BFD was 14th NOV 2010 in CAIPS I had ordered and got In Process way back on 8th April 2011. Does it mean that the processing on my file had started in Nov or does it mean that there are chances that the CAIPS may have another BFD?
I got the refusal after review pending... i have one query.. i had submitted the original experience letter to the CIC delhi.....
After 2 months also i have not receive the original document... Can any one give me the email id where i email to ask to send me my document back.....

You were asked to submit the certificates in original?
If so, they will surely send you back at your correspondence address.

Issuance of medicals can be one of any other letter that the VO may issue. In Process with date is a definitive step on your file that determines the next stage of processing. BFD has nothing to do with coming into In Process, it may or may not be linked.
In Process with RBVO will have nothing on CAIPS. To order your CAIPS you should wait till In Process with date comes on the e-cas.

Dear KDSTTL ! I want to ask you that you have applied on 12.03.2010 but your file transfer date is 15.06.2010. Please look at my timelines. i applied 18 days after you but my file transfer date is 08.06.2010. Is it possible or there was any other hiccups during submission. thanks n regards.
Processing was done from two departments probably.
