Looking for a suggestion here, I've submitted a file for Canada college last year in June 2020 which was banned in dec 2020. I had already received AIP last year in sept but till now no response on my file. I don't know how much more time they will take for response on my submitted file.
Right now, I'm planning to withdraw that file and submit another application with diff. college offer letter. OR Can I apply another application while this file is under processing /without withdrawing current application?

Its a reputation risks graduating from College having history of being banned and were under investigation for their international student recruitment strategy by Quebec Authority
@Simba112 I agree with you about the reputation risk. At this point, I'm deciding whether I should withdraw that application or reapply with another college offer letter. At the same time, I'm confused maybe my file is on edge for the decision side. How about if I withdraw and reapply, Is that going to be a negative entry on my record? Any idea?
Or Can I submit another appln without withdrawing the current one?

Its totally up to you to make that decision. But if you want to go this way, then you may consider withdraw your application and reapply with another college. I'm not sure how far your application is, why not asking for the notes, that will take time anyway. its a tricky call.
Yes, that was my other concern. timing.. But if they approved before making your decision, I would advice you to enrol with another reputable DLI and notify IRCC. You need good job after that, right?
