File transfer from local VO to Beijing Visa Office

March 20. I just called CIC, agent mentioned that now file will be transferred to Visa Office in India for Passport request.

yes got lucky I guess. I see that you have received pre-arrival as well. It kind of implies that your application is approved. (Eligibility side)

I haven't gotten Pre-Arrival and DM yet.
But some people got DMs or Pre-Arrivals from IRCC even in weekend, it means IRCC is working really hard...
I hope I can get a mail soon anyway...

After a call with IRCC today, I found out that the file has been transferred to Beijing.
no medical request yet.
