As for me, my WP was just approved and I now await to get it in the mail. The fight goes on!

Why don't you send an email to Seattle to tell them your WP was already approved first? They may reply to you with PPR directly.

it's not a prob. cz if like me you read the AOR message you'd know that Buffalo uses a system that is incompatible with eCas. If you notify eCAS about change of address, Buffalo system won't have it. Likewise if you notify Buffalo, eCAS won't be updated. Now I'm assuming that because Buffalo changed their system for another one it might have popped in meanwhile.

The best way to ensure is either wait or request CAIPS, the next steps for you will be sent via email anyhow... so why worry!!!!

things is on my last attempt, they said wait 90 days to ask us any status info. Also, I know why they dont send me PR they can't find my file. They think they can hide it from me by not being honest... Well God is my Judge.

It doesn't matter now to hurry for PR because I won't get a refund for WP anyhow. I will let them be and wait patiently some more till I get upset again. Frankly, I doubt I'll become Canadian after this agony... immigration is just a game for money and politics and not for justice and rights.

The Quebec selection is also on point basis. You could score horibly in French proficency and still gather enough to be selected. Once you get the Certificat de Selection, you can start the federal process. I suggest you give it a try. Thanks

Am good thanks. I just watched a youtube clip of winter in Winnipeg and am really freaked out. I live in cold Boston but one part of me is so afraid of the Canada winter even though I see my coming as almost certain.

Relax man... you are still at the beginning of the road.. me too, my application submitted on June 11. They say it takes 20 to 30 weeks to process the file. Check you bank Draft if it is cashed or not..

Well winter is colder in Winnipeg but at least you'll have better opportunities. Besides, the heat system is really good. So, you'll have to have good coat, jacket, gloves, scarf, and a tuque when you get out. with good boots and warm coat you shall feel comfy.
Winters in Canada aren't what US ppl think... we have downs (at nights, esp.) and highs too just like Boston i bet
