Hi, i have submitted spousal immigration of my wife on February 01, 2018 through canada post, the courier reached mississauga processing centre on February 2nd, 2018. So i am hoping to get their response soon !

Last time our application was returned because I wrote my PA's mailing address as my address in Canada, and we didn't fill out the Use of Representative form. Anyone else planning to submit their application - don't make this same mistake

I am just confirming that you only are required to fill out the use of a representative form, only if you are using a representative?

I wish that meant anything in terms of getting answers.. but it doesn't. Here's to the long wait.. plenty of wine.. and lots of Prayers that this all is sorted and I can comfortable call Canada my home.

My husband (Canadian citizen) and I (Philippine citizen) are applying for spouse sponsorship through online and we are having a trouble signing the forms. We cannot place our e-signatures on our forms and there's an instruction that we don't need to print then sign the forms if we're applying through online. Is there any way on how we can sign/put or create a digital signature?

I thought you didn't even need to submit the "use of a rep" form (4076?) unless you were using representation????

Hi everyone! Im the PA and they received our application on Dec 15 last year. Just this Feb 8, we linked our application online and after that had to fill up a security check form. I was just wondering how long will it take until the next step? And what would be the next step? Does this mean we passed the eligibily assesment? Fingers crossed!

Hi guys I’m new to this section of the forum.

I would like to apply for spousal sponsorship and in the forms it’s says from should be filled by the P applicant and sponso.

Does my husband needs to go to a library and print them all, or do I need to fill them here, print them off and send it to you!?
