It really depends on blue dart service.
The blue dart rep told me that they do not have enough manpower (ridiculous it sounds I know ;))
So I went to nearest blue dart center and submitted on my own.
But ask specifically.
Thank you for responding....I have provided the home address for pickup.....
one more doubt :D
in the VFS consent form that has to be filed along with the passport and the passport request letter, my mother should sign the consent under indirect submission or direct submission section?

I have applied on Feb 20th for my In laws in India. Got the biometric request letter on the same day.
However I did a mistake in father in law application with name, so wrong name entered on Biometrics letter. My mother in law is going to give biometrics today. I have raised a web form to correct the name, does anyone have idea how long they will take reply or will they reject the application?

Do you have GCMS notes of previous visa refusal ?

You can apply for visa of your brother alone mentioning following facts with documents
Your and brothers passport
Your brother marriage certificate and daughter documents to show he is married and father too
Leave sanction letter from office
His pay slips of 6 months and
Bank statement of 6 months with stamp
ItRs of 3 years
Property in his name if any
Wedding card
Your invitation letter
In letter also mention he is accompanying his mother

THANKS FOR REPLY.

we don't have any GCMS notes.

but last refusal reason was
* no family ties ( now he is married , job )
* purpose of visit ( now marriage invitation earlier was convocation reason)
* financial status ( earlier $10k now $68k.)

does I need to mention previous refusal of my brother.. and SOP is mandatory?
thanks

SOP is mandatory
Previous refusal needs to be mentioned
Infact in application form, you need to mention UCI no, it's unique no for all immigrants of Canada, tourist or PR or any
Still I advice you to get GCMS notes, then reapply visa with proper replies
CAD 10 k in bank statement, stamped by bank
6 m salary slip stamped by office
Leave sanction letter
ITRs

Infact above documents will try to convince visa officer that your brother has ties in India and will come back

Family ❤,
we a couple on work permit here in Canada. I am on my open work permit and wife just applied for her work permit after studies and I applied for extension too ( we are on applied status but our current permits are expiring on March end)

I applied for my dad for my wife’s convocation held on March 3rd 2023.

here is the time line..

13th February -Lodged the visa
13th Feb - Same day biometrics instruction letter
16th Feb- Gave biometrics
16th Feb - Updated same day
17th Feb - Back ground check started
23rd Feb- midnight eligibility review started - it’s changed to ‘ we are reviewing your eligibility’.

Factors

- I applied for my wife’s convocation for my dad
- He funds his trip and only showed 10K CAD
- provided purpose of visit, itinerary, fund letter, invitation letter from me and wife, college convocation letter, invitation letter for graduation, transcripts, completion letter, our current permits, applied status, job letter, our last 6 paystubs, his police check, birth certificates to prove relationship, his passport, deeds, 6 months back statements.

- ties- he is leaving his wife and kids back home( mom n siblings) - one kid is 21 years old and other kid is 17years old who is a minor. So it’s been written in letters using that he will return to them after trip.
Submitted passport copies, birth certificate of mom and siblings and provided marriage certificate for my dad and m

-ties- leaving my business for two weeks n ( submitted photos of business and business registration)

- police certificate and vaccination card

- flight booking confirmation ( itinerary- dummies)

- TRIP IS FOR 2 WEEKS.. dad will return in 14 days back to wife n kids and his business.

this all I submitted…

guys when do you think I will get a decision after eligibility??

Thanks in advance?

Even though there are slight mistakes in our application with name and dob, they allowed to give biometrics. Web form was raised to correct these.
