Hi All,

Just confirm, when everyone is saying App received, you're just referring to when the courier was marked as delivered right? No other confirmation from CIC? Do you know if we get some tracking mechanism like there is for Express entry where you can log in and see the status of your application?

in this context, the app received means application delivered on the CIC office and there is no way to track your file until you get AOR. after AOR you will track your status on your CIC website. Thanks

Yes, we refer to the date a mailman delivered the application and a person in Sydney signed it. I believe you cannot trace anything until you get AOR.
You can regularly check ecas with receipt number, usually info is available the day before AOR. They are pretty consistent. So if everyone gets AOR in 3 months, you should rely on those time phrames
