Had the same confusion but later selected YES “Required to File tax” AND NO “tax filed” because tax system already still not open yet and they should know this.

Within a form “cit0002e-2” > Question 15 “Language evidence:” > Subsection a) > I checked marked “YES” for “do you have a proof of knowledge of English or French” AND Submitted Degree Certificate + transcript . BUT I DID NOT check marked anything on “Did you successfully completed the LINC or CLIC courses …. From January 1,2008 to October 31, 2012?” as I never attempted of these exam.

Will is considered as incomplete application? What should I need to do in order to make it right? Note that I did checked “No” for 15 b) & 15 c), only missed 15 a) 2nd sub-question.

you need file atleast 3 tax returns to be eligible for citizenship

For question 15 a (second part) you should have selected NO if you submitting your degree as a proof of language.
Now It depends if they neglect it. Just wait and watch.

Thanks, that's what I figured. Got my last T5 today - will send it to my accountant on Monday. Already spoken to him and he said he'd do it in 30 minutes once I receive my T5s.

Fingers crossed. Plan on sending the application out on Thursday.
