My wife got her aor on February 2020 and to this day has not recieved any update whatsoever. We are really worried that her application is just lost and stalled. Anyone in a similar boat? We have recieved no test, nothing at all
We did 3 months ago and they enquired to receive the standard response. It's in process, nothing is missing etc. Not sure where to go from here. Every contact with ircc, which we do regularly, also yields the same response.
My background check moved from completed to in process today. Language and residency were marked as completed. I think my finger prints expired on May 5. Any idea what is the next step?

What shall we do in your opinion? I contacted cic multiple times through the web form, the result: normal and in process. I contacted my MP twice, her office didn't reply back. I emailed the test convocation email of Montreal office, they didn't reply back.
If somebody knows the Montreal office email in order for me to contact them I would appreciate it.
