No can predict how the operation works... Right now april applicants are getting AOR while Jan and feb applicants are waiting for AOR.

We should protest too for AORs and tests maybe they will hear our concerns.

So you received AOR on Sep8 and In-process on Sep9? did you requested for urgent process?

Please check mogly's response to your comment. Also i did not request any urgent processing.
And yes, i got the AOR on 8th & showed in process on the 9th in the ECAS system.

I received AOR on Sep 14 and it still doesn't show in process. Is that normal?

Very rarely it goes into In Process that quickly unless its under urgent processing. For most of us it takes week or months. This month we can see Jan2020 applicants are seeing In Process. So we will have to wait. Track the excel sheet tracker to know the trends on In Process.

Even few Dec2019 are getting In Process just now.

Thank you. I thought it should go into processing right away as was mentioned in the message I quoted above LOL

Seeing the trend, yes, we'll apparently need to wait for a while. And I assume we get the invitation for the test after we see the "in process", correct? Well tests are cancelled for now anyways. So this should be a bit of a wait.

My application was received on Feb 6th and I still did not get AOR. I called CIC twice and they give me the generic "We are currently only providing AOR's for January applications" clearly that's not correct since I see people in April getting AORs. Any recommendations because I am starting to think they might have lost my application at this point? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
