Could you please explain on why it was returned for ielts? is it because they could not find record of the same ielts that was submitted for PR was not traceable?

No. No one has received the test invite yet. All tests are cancelled. Below person posted that Dec applicant received test invite. But I think it's not true.
Technically speaking it should only take usual time because if we are getting AORs now. They are providing test dates to December guys and it should be the usual time for us
So worried since CIC is only moving forward with application, last application received AOR is 17th Feb, so many clients left for Jan and Feb and non of those getting AOR.
Don't know how CIC working on files, finger acrossed for 20 feb applications
How can it be delivered on Feb 17? It can't be delivered due to Long weekend (Family Day in Ontario and Heritage Day in Nova Scotia). Isn't Canada Post or IRCC closed that day?
Just talked to an agent on the phone she said that the work force at Sydney Nova Scotia has not returned to its full capacity yet we are still processing applications before January 14 but rest assured if your application was delivered it is with us also she mentioned there are tons of applications which have not been opened yet concerning January or Feb she asked for my receipt number and for my first name last name also my adress. It will be a slow process.

This is expected as most government offices are still not back with their 100% capacity(also some may have summer vacations now). I guess another month or so to finish January and most February

But without operationals citizenship tests, they will even be able to advance until july, that will not change the blocking situation. Don't you agree?
