Well not to worry, there's a whole bunch of Jan applications that did not get picked up (incl. myself).
The Jan forum is frustrated that they moved on to Feb without even looking at Jan completely ;-)

This is a point of concern here, if CIC works in sequence like date wise, then for applicants who didn't received AOR yet there might be a issue with their application package.
This is my theory only

I feel they are working on a express mode. Trying to send AOR for much as they can, any file for secondary review they send to another que. but I may be wrong. Its very hard to predict how they process just after 3 weeks. March to June the number of application should be less. They should complete those within one or two months. I think we should be patience for another one month without getting panic.

Perhaps that may be the case, but they should reach out to us and advise us on an issue with our application. its so frustrating not hearing anything at all and the guys at the call centre have no clue whats going on either
I don't agree on this , since many family applicants getting timely AOR even before single applicants. Someone also shared a comparison for family vs single applicants which shows more family applicant got AOR vs single.
I think that it changes after some days/weeks of AOR, not immediately.
What is showing before you get to this page? Showing as "Application Received"? This is where it would change to In Process.
Family : 2 adults & 1 kid
App received by CIC : 22 feb 2020
Location : Brampton, ON.
Initially i submitted my application in August 2019, got back because of not ticking mark on YES on a quest, then again sent and again got back in JAN 2020 for not submitting IELTS for wife, though we ticked mark on ques saying they can check their database where we have sent IELTS while filing for PR.
All in all finally application got cleared at 1st stage and received AOR today.

Could you please explain on why it was returned for ielts? is it because they could not find record of the same ielts that was submitted for PR was not traceable?
